Established in 1981 as Planned Maintenance and now West-Pak Equipment Co, our company has become a national leader in waste management equipment. We sell and rent new, refurbished and custom-built products for the commercial and industrial markets. After moving household furniture and working as an asphalt paver for four years, Aaron has found his home with West-Pak. He loves to travel with his wife and their two awesome daughters, Abbey and Lilly. They are also avid concert goers.
Brandon is the GM of West-Pak and has been leading the charge since spring of 2010. His three beautiful daughters keep him busy throughout the year with sports, school and just being girls! Ask Brandon about fishing and you will have his attention for hours!
David spent 25 years in the food processing/warehouse service industry and 5 years in the utility construction industry before joining West-Pak late in 2011. David and his wife of 25 years love spending time with their two kids and two granddaughters.
Heather retired from her stay-at-home gig of 17 years and began her working career in the food service industry before joining West-Pak in the fall of 2016. Her kids are now pretty much adults leaving her time to go outside and explore nature at every opportunity. You can often find Heather running in the Boise foothills or camping in remote locations throughout Idaho.
Josh graduated from Boise State University before moving to the East Coast where he worked as an accountant. He returned to Idaho a married man and began his career with West-Pak. Josh’s wife Jennifer is a self-published author and together they are raising their beautiful daughter Samantha. When not at work, Josh enjoys restoring his 1970 GMC truck and playing table top RPG’s with family and friends.
Randy has worked for West-Pak for 15 years. Prior to joining our team, he was a welder and fabricator with a background in heavy equipment for a mining company. Randy out did us all in the family category! He has seven kids and 13 grandkids! He hunts at every opportunity he gets and enjoys taking his grandkids camping, hunting and fishing.
One of our recent members of the West-Pak family, Shane, used to be a regional manager for a local coffee business. He and his wife are raising their kids Mason and Charlee. “These three individuals light up my life.” Shane is an avid CrossFitter when he isn’t spending time with his family.
Tim joined the West-Pak team in 2016 after spending 20 years in the railroad industry. He has also worked as a steel fabricator and welder. Tim enjoys classic cars, camping and off-roading with his wife of 29 years and their two children and grandkids.
